DNA Synthesis & Alterations

DNA, the instructions for all life (except RNA viruses).  Everything living contains DNA and DNA, through the instructions of genes, is responsible for all of the different organisms inhabiting the planet, the vast diversity between and among species, and for making each one of us unique.  It is amazingly complex and simple at the same time.  In this unit we will examine the structure of DNA, replication process of DNA, and how cells divide through Mitosis.
